Return & Refund Policy
We accept return requests for unused and unopened products within 50 days from the delivery date.
Products eligible for return:
- Must be in original, unopened packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Return requests must be submitted to our Customer Support (info@baciel.com) before sending items back
Products not eligible for return:
- Requests made after 50 days from delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused during delivery.
- Items returned without prior approval from our Customer Support team
Return shipping & fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the local government or delivery service.
Responsibility during return
- We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
1. Request Approval
Contact our Customer Support at info@baciel.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Approval is typically issued within 2 business days.
2. Prepare Your Package
Include the following inside your return package: Full Name / Order Number / Email Address.
3. Return Address
The return address will be provided in our approval email, based on your shipping country.
4. Provide Tracking Details
Email us the tracking number and list of returned items after dispatch.
5. Inspection
Our warehouse will inspect your return (condition, quantity) within 3–5 business days after arrival.
6. Refund or Exchange
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.
- Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for lost packages unless the carrier confirms a delivery error with supporting evidence.
- Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we cannot offer refunds for theft.
Incorrect Delivery Information
- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses that result in failed delivery are non-refundable.
- Please ensure your address, phone number, and email are accurate before checkout.
Customs & Duties
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and related charges (including service fees, administrative fees, and storage fees).
Shipping Delays
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control and are non-refundable.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics).
