- Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar): USD 9.90
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10–20 business days (excluding weekends & Korean public holidays)
- Carrier: Local delivery partners (varies by destination, e.g., GOFO Express, USPS, Aramex, Poste Italiane, DHL Packet)

Expedited Shipping
- Regions: Available in most countries worldwide
- Flat Rate: USD 29.90
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends & Korean public holidays)
- Carrier: UPS

Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over USD 60 (calculated after discounts)

Important Notes
- All products ship directly from Incheon, South Korea.
- To comply with EU customs regulations, orders shipping to the EU cannot exceed EUR 150 (order value).

Processing Time
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & Korean public holidays).

Tracking Information
- Your tracking number will be issued within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Changes
- We begin processing your order as soon as it is confirmed.
- Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the product, shipping address, or cancel the order.

Accurate Shipping Information
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including apartment number, building name, entrance code, postal code, etc.).
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, returns, or loss of package; refunds or reshipments cannot be guaranteed in such cases.

Delivery Times & Delays
- Estimated delivery times are for reference and may be affected by factors beyond our control—such as customs clearance, weather conditions, local carrier disruptions, or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Lunar New Year). We appreciate your understanding.

Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees required by their local regulations.
- If a package is returned or rejected due to a refusal to pay these charges, we are unable to issue a refund or reship the order.

Delivery Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) due to a higher risk of loss or return.
- Please provide a residential or business address for successful delivery.

Responsibility After Delivery
- Once the package is confirmed as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, We are not responsible for loss or damage.
- If the carrier confirms loss, damage, or any other issue due to their error, please contact us and our team will assist you.
